Call Help

Look for your call script in the upper left of the screen.  Click Next Call to place your first call.  When finished with a conversation, answer the questions below the script with a quick click or two, then click the big Next Call button again at lower right.  

Do not hang up your phone, the next call will be connected for you automatically.  If you hear a voice mail greeting, click the SmartDrop button and a pre-recorded voice mail will be left for you -- and you will be connected with the next voter.    When you are finished with your calling session, just click the log out button and hang up your phone.  From your perspective, you are on one long incoming call, but you will be connected with many voters on that one call; you manage the call process by clicking the buttons.  Needless to say, we recommend that you use a headset if you have one.    Back to the Call Center.

We aim to please – this is very easy software for the volunteer callers [we love you!] isn’t it? On the back end, the metrics for you, David, are very, very accurate.
